Daniel grew up in Marin County and graduated with honors from Sonoma State University, but now proudly calls Santa Cruz home. Outside of real estate, he enjoys beach walks, forest hikes, fishing, and riding his beach cruiser with his wife Scarlett and their daughters, Stella and Daphne, and fully embracing the special lifestyle Santa Cruz has to offer.

Scarlett Wolford grew up in Santa Cruz and has a deep love for the community and the special sense of place it fosters. Before joining Sereno Group and the Brezsny team, Scarlett served as VP and Business Development Officer for TMC Financing where she helped small businesses secure commercial real estate financing. Prior to TMC, Scarlett spent a number of years working in the title and escrow industry in a variety of roles. She has worked in the real estate and finance industries her entire career.

Scarlett graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is proficient in Spanish. Scarlett and her husband Daniel, along with their daughter Stella, love living in Santa Cruz! There’s no place quite like it.
